LUNA DE MOL

Luna De Mol (°2002, Ghent, Belgium) started to play the violin with Fedra Coppens at the age of four. In September 2014 she was admitted at the Sweelinck Academy for Young Talent at the Conservatory of Amsterdam with Prof. Coosje Wijzenbeek. In 2015, Luna received a scholarship to study at the International Music Academy of the Principality of Liechtenstein, she regularly takes part there in intensive masterclasses, concerts and other activities. In 2014 she joined the renowned string ensemble ‘Fancy Fiddlers’, an ensemble that regularly performs in The Netherlands and abroad. In December 2018 Luna was offered a scholarship to start bachelor studies in September 2019 at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama (London, UK) in the class of David Takeno. Luna is a member of the Fibonacci String Quartet.
